Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products sold at SydneyandCompany.com, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items once they have shipped.

Most motorized bedroom accessories come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering any defects. If a manufacturer does not offer a warranty, I personally provide a complimentary 30-day warranty to ensure your purchase is fully protected. 

If you experience any issues within that period, please reach out to me directly and I’ll be happy to assist with a warranty replacement.

Fraudulent orders and orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a restocking fee of 3% of the order total to cover non-refundable transaction fees.
